Happy Birthday to my Aunt Lois, who turns 80 today. Aunt Lois is a hard-worker and a wonderful Christian mother, grandma, and great-grandma. She raised TWO SETS of twins (and two singletons)…five of those kids were born in less than three years. Wow.
When M and I were struggling to keep us with the newborn twins, we often reminded each other of Aunt Lois and Uncle Emery, who had double the twins in half the time. In cloth diapers.
I loved this picture that my dad sent me of Lois. It was so much fun to see how much our kids look like her (see below picture). And like me. Even M, whose claim to fame is that he NEVER sees family resemblance was shocked by this one.
