Those would be bluebonnets on the side of Highway 71 on our way home from Austin. And four-year-old twins
Like millions of Texas parents before us, we pulled over and plopped the kids (and dog) in a roadside bouquet of them.
I love Texas.
I really, really love this place, that has fields on the state flower on the side of the road and in the ditches and in the medians.
And, of course, I love those silly twins.
