Of all my favorite places in the world, this is one of them. The spiral staircase in our front entry. When we bought this house, this niche featured a nice rug. Not our style. My idea of printing, framing and then hanging prints in the precarious spot was not really m’s style. Especially since that involved a ladder resting on a cooler in some kind of Dr. Seuess illustration. But one of the reasons I love him is that when there’s a job to be done, he rolls up his sleeves…ten foot drop or not.
And now we even have a picture of Nate!
Which is one of the reason this is one of my favorite places in the world.
