Why it’s good to be the final of the four…

…low expectations. Nate’s world (his siblings and parents) only expect him to be happy and cuddly. He’s excellent at both.
…his parents have tried all the baby products that don’t work well (looking at you, scratchy blankets and too-small crib sheets) and know what will work.
…older brother and sisters who are free with the Fruit Puffs. Very, very free. Like a canister a day. Yum.
…constant entertainment. A big brother who piles dozens of toys in a pyramid at his feet. Older sisters who make the best silly faces.
…parents worn-down enough that he still gets to nurse a couple times a night…no one’s pushing crawling… and everyone loves to hold him.
…Toys! Loud and big and age-appropriate and not and chewy ones and ones that each ABCs. In Spanish. And French.
…Schedule? What schedule?
