I hate to sing the It’s-So-Hot tune here everyday, but it’s SO hot here. Record temps. And no rain. And four kids. And no kids.
So, we have taken refuge in the pool.
Not for a random afternoon here or there.
We have been swimming EVERY SINGLE DAY for almost a month.
I’m not kidding.
Somedays it’s to the Beach Club, an awesome pool in our neighborhood with a white sand beach.
Other days it’s to the actual beach in Galveston.
Today, just to be confusing, it was to a white sand beach pool in Galveston called Palm Beach (not actually the “real beach” as the kids point out).
So, to simplify:
Houston = hot
4 kids + 1 Mama x record temperatures = pool (daily)
