If Nate’s eyes are open…
it must be the middle of the night.
I should’ve suspected this during my pregnancy, when he kicked at night and was still during the day.
He’s a night owl.
And likes to eat about every three hours.
For a breastfeeding mom?
That means we’ve had an hour-long date eight times a day for ten days now.

there’s a reason that Nate sleeps all day.
And this tired mama is going to take a nap!
