These two clowns (ha ha) couldn’t be more thrilled for their upcoming birthday. FIVE seems so old to them that they’re mystified THEY are almost there. When someone asks their age, they love to say, “almost FIVE!”
This will be an especially fun year because of their Saturday birthday. No confusion over their party on one day and their “actual” birthday on another. One huge long day of fun and festivities!
They’re so excited about the day that Sam is suspicious he’s going to miss it. Every time I announce a special dessert or buy paper plates or something for the party, he says, “Is it today? Is it my birthday today?”
We’ve promised him that on his birthday day, he’ll be the first to know (or second if Elisabeth gets up first).
And they can start their list of all the things they’ve been planning…special breakfast! Benihana for lunch! Superhero party! Presents!
And finally telling the world that they are FIVE!
