Yes, it’s nice they play so nice together. And that the teeter-totter (see-saw?) can keep them busy for the better part of twenty minutes.
But when I look at these pictures, I only see chivalry, sibling sacrifice, sisterly trust, and one sweet little boy. Ellie kept her feet high and relaxed on the bars. Sam’s foot? Firmly planted on the ground, propelling the teeter-totter for his sister. His little calf muscle had to be worn out, but they were having fun, and so he kept them rocking and rolling.
Regrettably, moments after this there was a scuffle over a Capri Sun, most of which landed in Sam’s lap.
But that’s life with a twin–ups and downs.
