Happy February!
Please tell me you woke up this morning looking for a new Bible study. You thought, “Oh, wow. Didn’t I make a New Years Resolution to study the Bible more? And now it’s FEBRUARY and I’ve forgotten?” Or you thought, “February?! As in the month of Valentines Day? Maybe I should celebrate this year with more than eating an entire Whitman’s Sampler in one sitting. I wonder if there’s a Bible Study celebrating love?” Or maybe you thought, “Yes, I did wake up this morning looking for a new Bible study. Because I love Bible Studies. Especially online ones I can read on my phone in about ten minutes.”
So, I’m hoping all that is true, and you’re as excited as I am about Love Rules! Every Monday in February, you can head over to www.loverulesbiblestudy.com and learn more about love–specifically Christian love. We start THIS MONDAY with a study about loving God. You can sign up to follow Love Rules, and it’ll be emailed to you every Monday. (For four weeks. Love Rules isn’t like that weekly baby email I signed up with while I was pregnant with Nate. They STILL send me a weekly email. Cheaters.)
I’ve written online Bible Studies before, and they’re very fun. They work best (of course) when everyone remembers to comment and share their stories–kind of like a live Bible study works best when everyone is chatty and shares their perspective.
