It’s so true that life in Texas is either Christmas or Summer. Christmas is over, and we’re all ready for summer. This week the weather was in the 70s. Which allowed us to play outside. And allowed Elisabeth to jump and dance in her favorite polka dot Mary Janes. And, yes, that’s still spray paint on the driveway from out bed project. I’m guessing the HOA won’t be singing, “Oh, Happy Day!”
Valentines Day Candy. Soooo much candy in our house right now. Which might explain what Nate is doing in this picture. He might have some bootleg Nerds back there. Or a lollipop like Elisabeth is (a-hem) dancing with while eating. He has a serious sugar addiction. I know. Mother of the Year. But for the record, it’s the older siblings that slip it to him.
