Sure, it may seem like Nate spends all his time trapped in a clothes basket. But, please, trust that it’s the novelty of him in there that makes me take his picture.

And the novelty of a PJ Day. One of my favorite types of days.
For all the mornings M and I have to hustle the kids into clothes for school or early soccer games of gymnastics or a trip to Target, there are the rare ones we have no place to go.
Laundry to fold? Obvious by the picture, yes.
I love these days when the kids can play with Nate, I can nurse too many mugs of coffee, and we can all stay in our pjs.
No, “Catie! I need to do your hair! Hurry!” or “Ellie! You can’t wear your Christmas dress again today!” or “Sam! Shoes! Wrong feet…let’s go!”
Unfortunately the PJ Day may be even rarer next year. The twins’ school (which we love) only offers a 5-day option for four-year-olds.
Yep, that’s right. Every morning to uniform and brush and hustle the kids…
…which means very little time hanging out in our pjs.
And very little time for Nate to hang out in the clothes basket.
