Thank you, Apple, for Photo Streaming. Because of this small miracle of technology, I can snap a picture with my iPhone, which immediately appears on both our Mac desktop (which provides photo storage for our thousands of images) AND my laptop (which provides portability for blogging while I’m lying in the playroom with Nate).
And vise versa and all around and all my pictures (truly, pictures of our family are my love language) are everywhere I need them to be.
Tina of the past, Tina without photo streaming, I weep for the clunkiness of your photo-technology.
It’ll get better.
What this miracle really means is bestoftimes accurately captures our lives.
I’m interrupting this post, that I started on Friday, to expound on Apple products.
WHILE WRITING THIS POST at Starbucks, I spilled a Venti Mocha on my BRAND NEW MacBook Air.
My MacBook Air I had just received the week before. ANd used a handful of times.
I’m happy to report, on Monday, that I think the MBA has survived.
Thanks to the excellent construction of Apple products…and hundreds of Starbucks napkins.
But I won’t finish the post I was going to write about Elisabeth (in her Lutheran school uniform) with the Lutheran study Bible.
And instead will praise the resilience of my MBA.
That now smells like mocha.
And bubbles up with it whenever I type.
Perfect.
